In this weeks webisode, our new welder James, shows you how he welds a custom rectangular aluminum fire pit frame. He then wraps it with fireproof concrete fiber board which is then ready to finish with brick, stone, faux stone or stucco. Finally, our custom aluminum pan in dropped into the frame with our CSA certified Crossfire Burning system at lit up for your enjoyment.

This is a custom welded 54" diameter octagon fire pit frame, built right here at our headquarters here in Denver, Colorado. It is ready to be finished off with stone, faux stone, stucco or pavers. We arent sure what the architect is going to do with the rest. But this fire pit comes with a 180K BTU Crossfire Burning System as well.

First, James, our lead welder, renders a 3D model of the fire pit frame to ensure perfection every time:

Then the frame is hand welded to perfection.

Finally, the frame is wrapped with fire proof concrete fiberboard which is then ready for the burner (at top) and to be finished by you or your professional contractor.
